Carpentry

Carpentry is the original Sol Sebastian trade. I install and build custom cabinets, bookcases, fireplace mantels, windows, doors, siding, trim and much more. I can service or provide maintenance in any area of your house including: attics, bathrooms, bedrooms, basements, decks and patios, garages, offices, kitchens, and living rooms.

Blending in

Whether it’s a farmhouse, a Spanish colonial, or a modern cabin, your house is special and that requires special attention to detail. Making changes to your house is a big deal and getting them to blend in, is critical. Matching interior or exterior trim, drywall texture and painting are just a few of my specialties.

Plumbing

A leaky faucet or old toilet can waste a lot of time and energy for any residence. Don’t let that happen! Let me help you with all your plumbing needs, including: replacing faucets, toilets and other specialty jobs like water heater replacement, shut off valves, and custom sink builds and installs.

LEAKS & CLOGS

It’s a dirty job, but I’m always ready to do it. Being a homeowner myself, I know that sometimes the drain doesn’t want to drain, and that can be annoying. If you find yourself getting frustrated, better call Sol.

Installations/builds/consultation rates

Any project I’m working on whether building a custom bed with reclaimed wood, adjusting a stiff door, or simply just talking about paint colors, is billed uniformly at $75 an hour with a minimum 1 hour fee.

Electrical

Small electrical projects like installing ceiling fans or light dimmers are no problem for me. I learned it all by doing it for my own household and many years out in the field watching and learning for professional licensed electricians.

FIXTURES

Got a chandelier or ceiling fan you need installed. Better call Sol. I can come by and take a look to either give you consultation or help with the install.
